Triumph Crisis Recovery Center was founded in 2013 by Frances Thomas, along with a group of passionate women that shared her vision of empowering and helping victims of domestic abuse.

For nearly two decades, Frances Thomas had been an advocate for immigration rights.  In 2012, she established ALM-Immigration Services, Inc. in order to aid immigrants and refugees become self-reliant, invested participants of our communities.  During that year, she was witness to the abuse many immigrant women and children were exposed to on a daily basis.  Having overcome domestic violence herself, she knew these families needed more than an advocate in immigration.  Thus, in 2013, Triumph Crisis Recovery Center was born.  Several of the women that helped establish TCRC all have their own connection with domestic abuse.  Their passion and understanding helps comfort those women and children that reach out to us for assistance.  We want to assist and support everyone that walks through our doors and help them become triumphant survivors!
